Product warranties are made by the manufacturer of the product. Our products are designed to meet or exceed the performance of the original equipment manufacturer's product and are warranted by the manufacturer for 6 months.
Note: This warranty excludes damage due to misuse or neglect improper application of products. Cartridges received must be in new condition. In other word, we inspect cartridges to make sure they are not substantially used then returned. To attain warranty service, you must contact the us. The manufacturer generally requires 2-3 weeks to process a warranty. You are responsible for disposing your used, spent or defective products to a recycling center.
