If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your purchase may be returned. Your purchase will be credited minus a twenty percent inspection & handling fee. All products must be returned with its original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. Return authorization number is mandatory prior to return. We recommend tracking and insuring all returns. We will refund shipping costs only if the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage).
